The Process

Our services are customized to the specific needs of our clients.  However, there are some general stages that we follow in our engagements:

  1. Identify the client's specific information needs and review outcome expectations.
  2. Develop and obtain client approval of survey or interview instrument.
  3. Obtain contact names from client or procure commercial marketing list.
  4. Develop a foundational database that includes updated information, tabulations and sorts, which can be used by the client to further review and analyze the data.
  5. Orient staff and meet with client for mutual insights.
  6. Begin interview process by telephone, mail or Web.
  7. Provide interim feedback for the client review.
  8. Analyze data, provide narrative report and recommendations.
  9. Present findings in person or via conference call.
  10. Subsequent follow up with the Client to review longer-term campaign results and improvement opportunities.

Fees are based on the length and type of the engagement. This will include the number and relative sizes of the companies and position titles interviewed and the extent of analysis desired, as well as timeframes for completion.

Projects are conducted either on an hourly or project fee basis. The fee includes the final report, electronic and hard-copy interviews, calling lists and other supplemental information obtained.
